Lakelet Capital is excited to announce Jennifer Williams as Director of Human Resources. Jen will be leading the design and development of a modern proprietary human resources program to deploy across the Lakelet Capital portfolio to enhance HR best practices.
Jen brings a wealth of knowledge from her 15+ years of diverse experiences in human resources across industries such as financial services, hospitality, healthcare, and real estate, including building human resource departments from the ground up.
These experiences include recruitment and onboarding of new employees, employee relations and retention, performance management, benefits administration, talent development, state and federal compliance, and mergers and acquisitions integration.
